The woman who feeds the Crows

A murder of crows has gathered in the area around the dilapidated bench in Sunlight Park. Seeds, peanuts, and other small nuts litter the ground, and the elegant black birds hastily peck away. The human who is responsible for the delicious meal is a woman that comes to the park every day at noon. She feeds the crows and pigeons, and once her small jute sack is empty, she puts it back in her bag and basks in the sun for a while. On this particular Wednesday,/= a man in a red pizza delivery shirt =/and red cap is sleeping on the opposite bench. His head was resting on a white pizza box. At one point, a crow started to circle the pizza delivery guy. Then two.. Then three. Odd. The woman who feeds the Crows stood up, put on her hat, and walked off. One of the Crows noticed that the woman had left something on the bench. Thinking it may be more seeds, the Crow hopped onto the bench and saw what the woman had left. A wooden beaded bracelet. It must have fallen. In a panic, the Crow looked around them. The Crow wanted to give the woman who feeds them back her bracelet. Our Crow took the bracelet in their beak and swung it backward. The bracelet became a necklace around their small neck. The Crow was going on an adventure! They have never left the Sunlight Park before. They looked around to find the woman with the hat. However, several people are wearing a hat today! What should the Crow do?
