Her

EAP

"I love you," she mutters as she dozes off. You open your heavy eyes. You were awake, and hadn't realized how time had fast-forwarded to this moment. The day had become a blur, yet you'd insist that your mind had been awake non-stop. Even as the darkness has taken over the room, you haven't drifted off to sleep.
/=...=/
/=It won't let me sleep.=/
/=I can't sleep.=/
No, not now.
...
No matter. You steadily lifted your head and blearily looked around. The room was dark, monotone, presumably empty. However, you could vaguely visualize the angles and corners of the room. You twisted your whole body, shifting the sheets and turning your hazy gaze towards her. Your eyes adjust. The drapes behind her were leaking in strips of moonlight, illuminating the fragile bare being in front of you.
The white nightgown she wore luminesced in the darkened room, looking as if it were made of threads of stardust. The Moon shone over her pale skin, somewhat reflecting a faint warm glow under the sheets. Her hair was a velvety black, darker than the darkness of the room. Yet, you'd swear it glimmered, rivaling the starry night sky itself.
Continue to look at her.
Leave.
