Amanda Jones in The Magic Shop Mystery 

You pull up outside the magic shop and chain your bike to a nearby lamppost. You've only got an hour of your lunch break and you've already spent ten minutes of it cycling out here. Of course you had no time to change so are still wearing your school uniform. You quickly run your hands across your pleated skirt and white blouse, smoothing them out a little. Then you glance down at your pantyhose to check for runs. With everything still neat and in place you step toward the shop and reach for the handle. You pause for a moment as you consider going round the back, perhaps trying to sneak in the back door might be smarter?
